Will I always see the same dentist?

Yes. Dr. Daigler will be your dentist on every visit.

Why don't you participate with all dental insurances?

When dentists agree to participate with a dental insurance company, they agree to take discounted fees as dictated by the insurance company in exchange to be listed as a "preferred" provider.  The term "preferred" is misleading because it implies that participating dentists are somehow better than those who choose not to participate.  The opposite is actually many times true.  When a dentist gets paid less for procedures by an insurance company, they many times double book patients and spend less than ideal time with each patient.

We only participate with the insurance companies that have agreed to compensate us fairly for the quality work that we perform.  We always strive to keep the costs down for our patients, but we will never sacrifice our quality.

Why are your fees lower than most other dentists in the area?

Our overhead is very low here and we try to pass the savings on to our patients.  We feel everyone should have access to dental care.

Do you have payment plans?

We currently do not offer any payment plans.  Payment is expected on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made.  We do accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as forms of payment however.

What notice must be given for canceling an appointment?

Twenty four hours notice is expected for all cancellations.  A fee may be charged if this notice is not given.
